The platform for professional ice hockey
Clubs find and contact verified players and coaches, directly or through their agents. Each player and coach decides who can reach them.
Registration is open for players, coaches and agents. Clubs join by invitation for now. Every profile is checked by a person before it goes live.
Verified or nothing
Four ways in
Pick the one that is yours.
Find people who fit what you actually need
Search by position, league, country, age and availability. Then contact the player or coach yourself, or their agent.
Be seen beyond your own network
Creating your profile takes about ten minutes. It puts your career, in your own words, in front of clubs searching for what you do.
Every level, every role
Head coaches, assistant, goalie, video, skills and strength & conditioning coaches. Your career is checked before it goes live, so clubs can see what you have done.
Reach past your own network
One workspace for every player and coach you represent.
Verification
Everyone on RINKADIA passes two checks before their profile goes live.
Identity is checked by a dedicated provider against a passport, driving licence or ID card. Nobody gets a profile without being a real, named person.
A person at RINKADIA reads the career history and confirms it.
Until both checks pass, it is not visible to anyone.
What a club sees
A club sees the role, the level, the experience and a short note in their own words. The name and the career come only after it opens the profile.
Choose your status
Every status is set by the player or coach, or by their agent, and can be changed at any time. Clubs see exactly what is set.
Clubs can send a request. The person is looking and wants to be seen.
Not looking, but open to the right offer. Clubs know before they ask.
Visible, but not open to anything right now. The profile stays, the requests stop.
Who built it
RINKADIA was founded by Ville Kolppanen, who played fourteen seasons as a professional goaltender in Liiga, the KHL, the SHL and DEL2, and then moved to coaching in Austria.
RINKADIA is what he wanted as a player and needed again as a coach. A place where clubs and the people they need can find each other directly.
